Description:

Conversational Hindi with Annu

  • • This is part of a series of ongoing Conversational Practice courses taught throughout the year for those wishing to supplement their regular ongoing Hindi classes with conversational practice. All of our language programmes focus on acquiring conversational skills, and learning about local culture. Our courses are designed for busy people: we do not expect you to study outside of class, nor do we assign homework (unless you’d like some!). Come and spend 8 class hours per Term (eight 1 hour weekly classes) practicing your Hindi and learning about Indian culture with Annu, and have some fun too!

  • • Our Hindi 601: Conversational Hindi course is specifically designed for adults (and children over 10 yrs) from any level of our Hindi langauge courses (Introductory, Intermediate or Advanced) who wish to supplement their language learning through conversational practice. It is also for those who understand basic Hindi grammar, can read Devanāgarī, and who simply wish to practice speaking in Hindi. Our Conversational Hindi course is specifically designed for adults (and children over 10 yrs) who are ready for an hour of conversation classes in a group setting. These sessions are conducted live via Zoom only and there is no in-person component.

  • • Subsequent Term courses continue with Conversational Hindi and continue to include additional listening, speaking, and comprehension practice, grammar and vocabulary and will continue in the same time slot on Sundays as long as interest in Conversational practice continues.
